Delete your Jam Supermarket account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, phone, email, photo) and sign-in methods.
• Your reviews, messages, product requests and push notification registrations.

What is kept

Past orders are kept for the store's accounting, but they are anonymised: your name, phone number, address, location, notes and payment receipts are removed. Only the items, amounts and dates remain, and they can no longer be linked to you.

Delete it now

Sign in to delete your account from this page.

Other ways

• In the app: Account → System Settings → Delete account.
• By email: send a request from the email address or phone number on your account to simplegondar.dev@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

If you have an order in progress, please wait until it is delivered or cancel it first.
